Cyber bullying is a form of bullying which uses technology of mobile phones and the internet etc. This makes it increasingly hard for the victim to ignore and get away from the bullying. If you are in this situation follow this advice : Do not delete any evidence of the cyber bullying as it is proof of the nasty comments. Tell someone you trust this could be your best friend, your parents, your teacher, anybody ! Show them the text messages/emails to prove what is going on. If they feel that it is neccessary to involve the police you can show the messages as evidence. If the messages are anonymous the police have the skills and technology to track down your bully !
