Home Office U-turn on cannabis as link to mental illness deepens
The Home Office has announced that they will throw out their current advice on the potential dangers of cannabis and will replace it with a much stronger warning. The advice that young people get at the moment on Government drug advice website FRANK is that cannabis should be avoided by those who already suffer mental health problems. This will be changed to “anyone who uses cannabis could be doing so at risk to their mental health.” Link:
